3. Give it any name you want and choose what type of flow you want; in our case, we’ll choose ‘App’. This will open a lot of possible choices, and we’ll select WOZTELL.

4. Once we choose WOZTELL, we must decide which of the available events we want to trigger our flow. For this example, the ‘new message received’ trigger has been chosen.

5. After choosing the event, we will have to connect our WOZTELL account. We will be asked to log in. After this, it will ask which WOZTELL organization we want to use.

6. Now we will choose which channel from those in our organization we want to use for this flow.
Every time we receive a message on this number, the text “This is a message from zoho flow” will be sent.
