Manage the purchase process of subscriptions to the WOZTELL service by users/customers on the basis of the execution of the contractual relationship.
Manage support requests submitted by users, based on the execution of the contractual relationship.
To make it possible to deal with requests for information requested by e-mail, on the basis of the pre-contractual relationship.
Manage the sending of newsletters based on the user’s consent.
Manage requests to obtain demo versions of the WOZTELL service based on the execution of the pre-contractual relationship.

The provision of the WOZTELL Service involves the transfer of data to third countries as WOZTELL has providers located in third countries.
In order to guarantee the international transfer of data, WOZTELL shall enter into the relevant standard contractual clauses (controller and processor located in a third country) issued by the European Commission as a guarantee mechanism for international data transfers.
V.- Data retention period.
WOZTELL will retain the personal data of users for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected unless you object to the processing or revoke consent according to the purpose of processing and in any case for the corresponding period for compliance with legal obligations.
VI.- Exercise of data protection rights.
