At Woztell, we are committed to our customers and to provide a good service, that’s why we always try to improve it.

For the attention of our users from India, we would like to share guidelines according to the new RBI rules, and what to do in order to pay your subscription in case your bank didn’t accept it.

If you have any doubt, feel free to contact us

Dear valued customers,

Once again thank you for being part of our Woztell community. As you know due to the new Reserve Bank of India regulation, we would need to follow some new guidelines for auto pay in India.

To ensure we follow these guidelines and all your payments run smooth, we would like to share with you some useful information:

  • For all recurring transactions up to Rs. 5,000 you will get a notification via email. If you approve this transaction, there’s nothing else you need to do.
  • If you do not approve this transaction, you can cancel it.
  • For all transactions more than Rs. 5,000, you’ll get an email notification 24 hours before the debit occurs. In addition to this, you will need to do the 2-factor authentication. Keep in mind that once you give your consent, your card will be charged.

What happens if your bank doesn’t admit auto pay yet?

If your bank is not ready for the new regulation, you can manually renew the subscription using the payment option available in the email we sent. You also have the option on the same email, to change the payment method in case you want to use a different credit card.

We hope this information will help. In case of any doubts, please, feel free to contact support@woztell.com
