Master Class to activate your WhatsApp Strategy

It’s time to start your WhatsApp strategy

Last Thursday, April 7, we launched a new master class on WhatsApp in which we  looked at two key points for you to start making the most of your WhatsApp number:

The first is related to the management of live conversations:

• WhatsApp Business Platform offers extensive possibilities for managing your communications and we want you to see what are the key points to start using it.
• We used as a chat management tool Zoho Cliq, a free messaging tool that allows you to communicate on multiple channels thanks to its integration with WOZTELL, use multiple agents and launch WhatsApp templates directly.

For the second part of the Master Class:

• We introduced the 4 basic automations to start working with WhatsApp on autopilot, focused on providing assistance to your customers and capturing new leads for your business.
• We worked with free resources or developed by WOZTELL so you can get started at no cost!
