Here’s how you can integrate Woztell with other Zoho CRM modules
Did you know that our CRM integration can help you achieve your customer satisfaction goals faster? We tell you how you can achieve it in this post.
At first, to understand how this integration works, you should know that CRMs are software platforms that allow you to build and manage relationships with your customers, including interactions across multiple channels. Now, the CRM integration has the function of linking tools in other systems that are not related but that can make the CRM itself work better.
The integration is vital to manage customer data accurately and as efficiently as possible, so this time, we tell you everything you need to know about integrating with other Zoho CRM modules and how it can improve your company’s effectiveness.
WOZTELL’s standard integration with Zoho CRM allows you to initiate WhatsApp conversations through the Leads and Contacts modules using a button. This makes it possible for companies to manage themselves in a smarter way by optimizing operations, building customer loyalty and boosting sales.
However, you can now also install the WhatsApp button in other Zoho CRM modules.
Before configuring this extension, it is important to meet the following requirements:
Requirements
-
Have a WOZTELL account
-
Have the standard Zoho CRM integration installed
-
Have a WhatsApp channel configured in the WOZTELL platform
-
Have super administrator access to Zoho CRM
-
Have Zoho CRM “Phone” fields in the modules, otherwise you will not be able to use this integration
Steps to integrate WOZTELL with ZOHO CRM
- Log in to your Zoho CRM account from a super admin user.
- Go to the “Settings” section
- In the “Developer Space” section, go to “Widgets”.
- Click on the “Create New Widget” button to create a new widget. Now you can name it whatever you want, choose the widget type, hosting type and attach a URL
- Then save the widget configuration
By configuring this type of integration with WOZTELL, you will also be able to save logs related to the Zoho CRM module. These are the incoming and outgoing messages to the log where we have clicked the button.
Visit our support page where you will find a step-by-step tutorial on how to add the button to as many modules as you want. This will allow you to configure the incoming and outgoing messages to be related to the registration of those modules.
