When you work with an extension with Zoho Cliq, or any other application, you need to always maintain it up-to-date.

Tech companies are always launching new features and improvements. You don’t want to be using an outdated version.

Woztell has the Woztell full application that is our main extension, that integrates Zoho Cliq and your WhatsApp account.

We strongly recommend you that the admin of the account sets extension updates to automatic guarantee you are always working with the latest version. If for any reason you prefer to update the extension manually, keep an eye out for our new release communications, and follow the steps below.

It is important to have the “Woztell Full” extension always updated to have access to all Woztell features.  

The account admin can set the update to be automated, so every time we release a new version, it will be available to use automatically. We recommend you do this to save you time and guarantee your team is always working on the most current version of the Woztell extension. If you prefer, you can follow the steps below to update the extension manually.

1. Click on the extension icon in the top right corner in  Zoho Cliq.

2. Click on “Installed” on the left side

 

3. In the column “New updates”, click on the available version button on the right side, next to the “Woztell Full” extension listing, to update. The version number may vary from the one you see in the image below because we continuously are improving and launching new features.

If you are the admin of the account, after updating the extension you might see the option to configure the automatic update. We recommend that you do so…

4. To continue, allow the extension to update, then click the “Take me to Cliq” button on the page, to go back to Zoho Cliq and continue using it.
