In this tutorial, we will explain step by step how to integrate WOZTELL with Zoho Recruit to manage conversations from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or your website’s chat within Zoho Recruit. This will allow you to centralize and efficiently manage all interactions with your clients.

Before we begin, make sure you have the following:
– A free or paid WOZTELL account (if you don’t have one, you can create it here).
– A Zoho account with access to Zoho Recruit.

Install the WOZTELL extension

1. Connect your Zoho account with access to Zoho Recruit.
2. Search on Zoho Marketplace the extension to install it

3. The following windows will appear, where you’ll need to choose which users you want to install it for and accept the terms of use. Once everything is selected, click “Save and Continue.”

Usage Explanation

Once the extension is installed, let’s explain how to use it. In your Zoho Recruit, a new tab called WOZTELL LiveChat will appear in the top menu.

After this is done, if it’s the first time we’re accessing it, it will ask us which account we want to use to log in.
