In this tutorial, we will walk you through step by step on how to integrate WOZTELL with Zoho Projects to manage WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or website chat conversations within Zoho Projects. This will allow you to centralize and efficiently manage all interactions with your clients.

Before we begin, make sure you have the following:
– A free or paid WOZTELL account (if you don’t have one, you can create it here).
– A Zoho account with access to Zoho Projects.
Let’s get started!

Install the WOZTELL extension

1. Connect your Zoho account with access to Zoho Projects.
2. Search on Zoho Marketplace the extension to install it
3. The following window will appear where you’ll need to choose the projects you want to install this extension for, select users, and accept the terms of use. Once you have made all the selections, click on “Save and Continue.”

Features

With the WOZTELL extension for Zoho Projects, you will be able to:

  • Integrate multiple messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp Cloud API, Facebook, and Instagram) or web chats with your Zoho Projects account.
  • Automate all conversations with workflows and chatbots and manage them through WOZTELL LiveChat.
  • Manage Zoho Projects clients directly within WOZTELL LiveChat.
  • Effortlessly distribute work based on agent availability and roles.

Usage Explanation

Once the extension is installed, let’s explain how to use it. In our Zoho Projects, for each project where we have chosen to install the extension, a new tab called “WOZTELL LiveChat” will appear in the top menu.

After this is done, if it’s the first time we’re accessing it, it will ask us which account we want to use to log in.

Once we have chosen the organization, the WOZTELL Inbox will appear, from where we can manage conversations from different channels we have.
