In this tutorial, I will guide you step by step on how to integrate WOZTELL with Zoho Desk to manage WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram conversations, or the chat on your website from Zoho Desk. This will allow you to centralize and efficiently handle all customer interactions.

Before we begin, make sure you have the following:
– A free or paid WOZTELL account (if you don’t have one, you can create it here).
– A Zoho account with access to Zoho Desk.
Let’s get started!

Install the WOZTELL extension

With the integration between WhatsApp Cloud API and Zapier with WOZTELL you will be able to:
1. Connect your Zoho account with access to Zoho Desk.
2. Click here to access the extension installer:

3. A new window will open, prompting you to integrate the WOZTELL platform. Click on “By installing this App, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the vendor” and then on “By installing this App, you agree to the Terms of Service of Zoho Marketplace.” Check the boxes and click Install. In this new tab, you will also need to choose the portal you will use if you have multiple portals in Zoho Desk.

4. Next, you will need to select which users and departments have access to this extension, accept the terms and conditions, and click Install.

5. Once the extension is installed in Zoho Desk, you will see the following message, which indicates that you can install the Zoho Desk integration in WOZTELL to add more functionalities to your Desk extension.

6. To install the Zoho Desk integration in WOZTELL, click where it says click here, and it will open a new tab of the WOZTELL platform with the Zoho Desk integration.

7. Click on Get and Install.

8. If successful, you will now see this page. If it doesn’t redirect automatically, click on “Click me!”

Click Accept, and that is the final step completed.

Usage Explanation

Once the extension is installed, let’s explain how to use it. In our Zoho Desk, a new tab called WOZTELL LiveChat will appear in the top menu.

Once we click on it, it will ask us which WOZTELL organization we want to use.

From here, we can respond to and receive messages from our users.

Furthermore, if we have installed the Zoho Desk integration in WOZTELL, we can create new tickets from the WOZTELL LiveChat tab by clicking on the lightning bolt icon and selecting Zoho Desk.

If the contact does not exist, a form will be displayed to add them directly to our Zoho Desk contacts and create an associated ticket.

After submitting, a new tab will open with the created ticket, and the next time we open the Zoho Desk action from the Inbox, we can go directly to the Zoho Desk contact.
