How to connect WhatsApp to ChatGPT with WOZTELL

Before you get started, make sure you have the following:
– A free or paid WOZTELL account (if you don’t have one), you can create it here).
– An OpenAI account.
Let’s get started!

Installing the ChatGPT extension in WOZTELL

1. Access the WOZTELL marketplace and click on the “Get” button of the ChatGPT extension.

2. On the extension page, click again on “Get“

3. A pop-up will appear where you will have to fill the fields “Alias” and “Description” and click on “Install“

4. Once the extension is installed, go to “Installed Extensions“, open the ChatGPT extension and complete the “API Key” (To get the API Key, you must have a paid Open AI account) and “Train your GPT” (Specific instructions that provide initial context to guide Chat GPT on the type of information you expect in its responses) fields.

Apply ChatGPT to a chatbot

Once the extension is installed we are going to see how to apply ChatGPT AI to a chatbot from the WOZTELL chatbot builder.

1. To create a chatbot, we need at least one Global Node and one General Node.

2. Within the Global Node, we will define a trigger of type “Any Text“.

3. We will also define an Action by completing the following fields:

• Resource Template: ChatGPT (Text completion)
• Integración: ChatGPT
• OpenAI Model: gpt-3.5-turbo (or the one you have in your OpenAI subscription)
• Nivel de creatividad/previsibilidad we want our chatbot to have.

We will also define the “Before user prompt” (instruction for the response to be given by the chatbot before the user message) and the “After user prompt” (instruction for the response to be given by the chatbot after the user message).

4. Within the General Node we will define a Text type Response with the following content: {{botMeta.tempData.openAICompletionResult}}
