What is Quick Flows?
Quick Flows is an advanced WOZTELL feature designed to automate responses on WhatsApp through predefined conversation flows. Its use helps optimize customer communication and improve interaction management.

Step 1: Install Quick Flows in WOZTELL for WhatsApp
Log into your WOZTELL account and go to the “Marketplace” panel.
Search for Quick Flows in the search bar and select “Learn More”. Then, click on “Get Extension” and confirm the installation by clicking “Install”.
Once installed, go to “Installed Extensions”, select Quick Flows, and open the settings.
Step 2: Create a new command in Quick Flows
Inside Quick Flows, go to the command management section and click on “Add Command”.
Fill in the following fields to configure the new flow:
- Title: Define a recognizable name for the command.
- Tree Id: Select the chatbot to which the command belongs.
- Node Composite Id: Choose the node where the response will be placed within the flow.
- Parameters: Fill in this field only if the message contains dynamic variables.
Step 3: Test the command in the WOZTELL inbox
To ensure that your command works correctly, perform a test from the WOZTELL Inbox.
Select a test contact and click on the automation icon.
In the pop-up window, choose Quick Flows, select the command you just created, and click on the send icon.
